Individuals in Transition: A framework for Assessment and Information Sharing
The purpose of this document is to support agencies and staff members to share common processes to identify and meet the needs of individuals in transition. Many partners have contributed to its development and we expect that the document will enhance multi-agency collaboration.
Please note that until 1 April 2008 Careers Scotland was part of Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise. The document below reflects that relationship. Careers Scotland is now part of Skills Development Scotland.
