How important is the LNAT test (required only by Glasgow University in Scotland)? Is it just another hurdle to try to cut down the number of applicants for Law?
University of Glasgow replied:
The LNAT provides additional evidence of suitability to undertake the study of Law. It is used as a useful discriminator particularly when considering marginal applicants. Therefore it can work to assist an applicant gain admission where raw academic results might have indicated a rejection.
What can I refer to or study to best prepare for this test. Are there example questions I can refer to?
University of Glasgow replied
Try the UKCAT website for test questions.
I am hoping to apply for the Consumer Product Design Course at Napier Uni and saw in the prospectus that a test is part of the interview/entry process. Does anyone know what this involves?
University of Glasgow replied
I would try contacting Napier University direct - see Napier University clearing information for contact details.
