There may be a variety of reasons why you are not yet ready to move into work or training.
If you are age 16-19 then Get Ready for Work can give you the help you want.
You will also receive a training allowance and help with travel expenses.
If you are interested in Get Ready for Work, your Careers Scotland adviser will help you identify the best Get Ready for Work programme for you.
Get Ready for Work will help you find a suitable job or training place and put you on the right track to a successful career.
