Printing tips

  • Choose the 'Print' version of the web page you want to print
  • Use print preview from your browser [e.g. Internet Explorer] to check how the page will print
  • Web pages will often display 'headers' and 'footers' which you may not want to print. To delete these, use the relevant tools from your print preview function. In Internet Explorer this will mean using the Page Set up option, highlighting the text displayed and deleting
  • Printing from CV builder: It is recommended that the CV is downloaded to Word first before you print. You can then alter the font and amend the layout to suit your own taste. However, if you do print from the CV builder, you need to use the View option first and then print from your browser as described above.
