Careers Scotland commissioned TNS System Three to carry out qualitative research to explore the perceptions and experiences of individuals from minority ethnic backgrounds on the subject of employment in Scotland. The research also investigated the awareness and understanding of Careers Scotland and the tendency to use its services.
