Careers Scotland can give you advice and information to help you find the right career. Whether you are looking for a job, a course at college or university or training we're here to give you the help you need.
At Careers Scotland we work with a wide range of people. Every secondary school has a Careers Scotland Adviser linked to it and all pupils are guaranteed a careers interview with one of our advisers. We also work with young people aged 16 – 19 who have left school but are not yet in employment, education or training. Finally adults who are facing redundancy or are looking to return to work after a career break can also get the help they need.
If you have tried looking for help with your career on our website, but there's more you'd like to know, then why not contact us for further advice. From the homepage of our website click on Contact Us. In this section you can fill out a contact form to ask a question online, we'll reply to you within five working days. Or if you would prefer to speak to someone face-to-face there's a search facility where you'll find the address of your local Careers Scotland Centre. Our advisers can help you with your CV, they can give you advice on completing application forms and tips on interview techniques. In addition we can help you access a wide range of careers information.
If English is not your first language an interpreter can be arranged free of charge. But please contact us in advance so this can be organised for you.
