Social bookmarking and networking on the Careers Scotland website

Social bookmarking links

Certain pages on the Careers Scotland website now include links to a variety of social bookmarking/networking sites.  These sites allow you to share links of interest with others.  Look out for the links at the bottom of selected pages:

You must register on these sites to be able to add pages as bookmarks, and each has its own registration process - so be sure to read instructions carefully.

Careers Stuff

'Careers Stuff' is a great way to access the Careers Scotland website from your Facebook or Bebo profile.  Adding the application to Bebo or Facebook is really easy:

  1. Make sure you have signed up with Bebo and are logged in.
  2. Go to Careers Stuff's Bebo profile
  3. Click on 'Try this app'
  4. Ensure all of the checkboxes are ticked and press 'Add Application'
  5. The application will now appear on your profile.
  6. From your profile, locate the 'Careers Stuff' application, and click on the link to the Careers Scotland website.

  1. Make sure that you have signed up with Facebook and are logged in.
  2. Go to Careers Stuff's Facebook profile
  3. Click on 'Add Application'
  4. Ensure that all checkboxes are ticked and press 'Add Careers Stuff'
  5. The application will now appear on your profile.
  6. From your profile, locate the 'Careers Stuff' application, and click on the link to the Careers Scotland website.
